4. Starting, pausing and restarting route guidance
Starting route guidance
When the route search is complete, the all-route display screen appears. Touch
on
the all-route display screen to start route guidance. Route guidance can be paused and
restarted.
Touch
in the all-route
display screen.

Route guidance is started.
●
If
is pressed after the all-route
map appears, or you do not operate
the device for at least 3 seconds after
you start driving, route guidance will
automatically start.
Demonstration
Once the route search is complete, you can watch a demonstration before starting route
guidance.
Touch and hold
for at least
3 seconds.
Press
(or
/ )
while the demonstration is in
progress.
●
The demonstration stops.
●
If you start driving while the
demonstration is in progress, the
demonstration will stop and route
guidance will start.

The demonstration (demo) can be viewed in the all-route map screen, displayed
after both destination settings and route search have been completed (before
route guidance). However, the demonstration is not available while driving.

To increase the speed of the demonstration, make the reduction scale greater.

To decrease the speed of the demonstration, make the reduction scale smaller.
