PULSE LINES
Pulse lines 4, 6, 7 must be made of steel and correspond to DN 4 (diameter 4 mm), PN 1. Other pulse lines materials are permissible
as per type test together with the burner. Route pulse lines in such a way that no condensate can flow into the MBC...VEF.
ADJUSTMENT :
The valve adjustment executed acting on the 2 screws “V” and “N” (photo 2).
Procedere come segue:
a) For High flame position, adjustment of the ratio gas valve through regulator “V”.
b) For Low flame position, adjustment of the ratio gas valve through regulator “N”.
c) Carry back the burner in High flame . If the combustion is change, repeat the operation to the
point (a).
d) Carry back the burner in Low flame . If the combustion is change, repeat the operation to the
point (b).
e) Repeat the points (c) and (d) until it isn’t more necessary some adjustment of the calibration.
