Small
a simpler variant for the smaller
DryExx

installations with up to 6 lubrication circuits.
The control unit is based on a Unitronics JAZZ! and is contained in a plastic housing.
A record of hours run for all lubrication circuits is available.
4.5.2
DryExx
®
Basic
Based on a Unitronics Vision 130 in a stainless steel housing and carries out control
tasks for
DryExx
®
systems with up to 8 lubrication circuits. The record of hours run for
each lubrication circuit can be called up via the operating console. As an option, a
hopper reservoir meter and a flow meter for recording usage can be fitted and called up
via the operating console.

This is based on a Siemens S7-300 with a monochrome Touch Panel TP 177B
widescreen contained in a stainless steel housing.

lubrication circuits in a maximum of 10 installations can be connected. The lubrication
circuits in the installations can be individually controlled. A record of hours run is made
for each lubrication circuit and can be called up via the TP. As an option one hopper
reservoir meter can be connected per installation. Alternatively, usage amounts can be
recorded by a flow meter and also called up via the TP.
