INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
VT Econo Pumps are supplied completely in a box. They are ready for use in a pond.
If necessary, use an elevation of stones or a stand. When the pump has been installed
in the pond, you can put in the plug.
Attention
Inspect the flex and the electric connections prior to use for any damage. Take care
that the plug and the receptacle are dry. For safety reasons any repairs to the flex and
the pump motor may only be carried out by VT (see guarantee).
MAINTENANCE
The VT Econo Pond Pumps are equipped with motors which have a long life-time
and low energy use. The motors are entirely closed watertight and in principle they
are maintenance free. The built-in security device will switch the motor off in case
of overheating. Having cooled down for some time, the motor will start again.
