Zweifache Kalibrierung mit Vordruck
Option Kalibrierverfahren mit zwei Ventilen
Wenn die Option der Kalibrierung mit Vordruck betätigt wird, sollen eine mit Nullgas gefüllte
Gasflasche mit Vordruck an den „Auxiliary In“-Einlass und eine mit Spangas gefüllte Gasflasche mit
Vordruck an den Kalibriergaseinlass auf der Geräterückseite angeschlossen sein.
1.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Gasflasche über einen geeigneten Druckminderer mit Sperrventil verfügt.
2.
Schließen Sie die entsprechende Gasflasche an den Einlass des Analysators mit einer
Edelstahlleitung an. Siehe Abbildung 44 – Kalibrierung mit Vordruck – 2 Ventile.
Hinweis:
Während des Vorgangs kann es dazu kommen, dass dieser Anschluss nachgezogen werden
muss.
3.
Öffnen Sie das Hauptventil der Gasflasche und justieren Sie den Druckminderer auf 15 psig oder 1
bar.
4.
Öffnen Sie das Sperrventil des Druckminderers und überprüfen Sie die Dichtheit.
5.
Schließen Sie zeitweilig ein Durchflussmessgerät an die „Auxiliary Out“-Öffnung an (als Auslass
für Nullgas/Spangas während des Vorgangs verwendet).
6.
Ändern Sie die Einstellung von „Set Cal Port” zu „External” (
Main Menu
→
Calibration Menu
).
Wählen Sie dann „Zero” unter „Cal Mode”. Das löst die Nullpunktkalibrierung mit Vordruck aus.
7.
Öffnen Sie das Sperrventil der Nullgasflasche und justieren Sie den Druck im Druckminderer bis
der Durchfluss in der Auslasslinie („Auxiliary Out“-Öffnung) zwischen 0,5 und 1 lpm liegt.
8.
Ändern Sie die Einstellung von „Set Cal Port” zu „External” (
Main Menu
→
Calibration Menu
).
Wählen Sie dann „Span” unter „Cal Mode”. Das löst die Spanpunktkalibrierung mit Vordruck aus.
9.
Öffnen Sie das Sperrventil der Spangasflasche und justieren Sie den Druck im Druckminderer bis
der Durchfluss in der Auslasslinie („Auxiliary Out“-Öffnung) zwischen 0,5 und 1 lpm liegt.
Hinweis:
Der Druck soll 2 bar nicht überschreiten. Dies könnte zu Leckagen im System führen.
Rückkehr zum Normalbetrieb
1.
Stellen Sie den „Cal. Mode” auf „Measure” ein.
2.
Trennen Sie das Durchflussmessgerät von der „Auxiliary Out“-Öffnung und schließen Sie eine
Auslasslinie an die Öffnung an.
3.
Schließen Sie alle Anschlussstücke des Gerätes an und bauen Sie die ursprüngliche Konfiguration
wieder auf.
4.
Das Gerät arbeitet nun wieder im normalen Betriebsmodus.
