Q: I can't open the dust collection cabin of the docking station.
A: Follow the docking station sticker prompts to open the dust collection cabin
using the pop-up button hidden in the lower part of the dust cabin.

Q: How to set the child lock on the docking station?
A: (1) The child lock is activated by simultaneously pressing both the left and right
buttons of the docking station for 3 seconds. The same operation is used to unlock
it.
(2) You can activate and deactivate the child lock on the App's setting about
station.

Q: The child lock on the docking station fails to activate.
A: If the docking station loses communication with the robot (due to distance or
walls), move the robot nearer the docking station to ensure that it is connected to
the docking station before activating the child lock.

Q: Why does auto-emptying make a strange noise?
A: When DEEBOT X1 returns to the charging station, there is a small possibility
that it will not align with the emptying port. Call the robot out of the docking
station and then recall it to start emptying using voice or the App.

Q: Why does the base of the docking station get wet?
A: When DEEBOT's mopping pads moves out of the docking station, it contains
