When using the electric appliance, basic safety measures 

must be adhered to, which include the following:
1. Read these operating instructions fully before using the 

appliance.
2. If this appliance is given to another person, ensure that 

they are also given these operating instructions. 
3. Before plugging in the hairdryer, check that the type of 

current and the voltage correspond with that indicated in the 

appliance specifications. 
4. When using the hairdryer in the bathroom, unplug the 

appliance after use as proximity to water is dangerous, even 

if the hairdryer is turned off.
5. Additional protection can be obtained with a residual 

current device with a residual current that does not exceed 

30 mA in the household circuit. Consult an electrician. 
6. Children must not play with the appliance.
7. The appliance could be used by children aged 8 and 

above and by persons with physical, sensory or mental 

impairments, or lacking in experience and knowledge as long 

as they are supervised or have been given the appropriate 

information on how to safely use the appliance and as long 

as they understand the dangers involved with its use.
8. Keep the appliance and cord out of the reach of children 

under 8 years old.
9. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not be 

carried out by children if unsupervised.
10. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is in use 

or plugged in. 
11. Do not obstruct the air inlet or outlet while the appliance is 

in use. 
12. Never place the appliance on soft surfaces such as beds, 

pillows or sofas. The air inlet could become blocked. Keep 

the air inlet and outlet free from hair, fluff, etc. 
13. Do not direct the air flow at eyes or other sensitive areas.
14. RISK OF BURNS! During use, the air outlet and 

attachments can become very hot. Only touch the handle 

and the buttons. Let the styling nozzle cool down before 

removing it. Do not let the appliance come into contact with 

your eyes, ears, face or neck. 
15. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. 
16. Keep the hairdryer away from any type of moisture. Be 

especially careful that water does not get inside the 

appliance. 
17. RISK OF DEATH! Do not use the appliance near water, 

pools, fridges or other water containers. The proximity of 

water is dangerous even if the appliance is turned off, but is 

still plugged into the mains. 
18. Never touch the appliance with damp or wet hands. 
19. Do not use the appliance if you are barefoot. 
20. The appliance is only suitable for private domestic use.
21. Only use this appliance for its intended use (styling and 

drying hair).

22. Never handle the appliance holding it by the cord. 
23. Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord and 

do not wrap the cord around the device. 
24. Check the plug and cord regularly. If the power cord or 

plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, 

their representative, or a similarly qualified person to avoid 

risks. Do not try to fix it yourself. The casing should not be 

opened under any circumstances.
25. Do not use the appliance if there is evident damage or if 

it has been dropped. In the case of damage or faults, unplug 

the appliance immediately. 
26. Unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning it.
27. Place the cord so that it is impossible to accidentally trip 

up or become entangled in it.
28. If the cord has knots or twists, remove them immediately. 
29. Do not damage the power cord by crushing it, folding it 

or scraping it with sharp edges, and keep it away from hot 

surfaces. 
30. If using an extension cord, check that it has a suitable 

power rating. 
31. Do not use attachments that are not included with the 

appliance or not recommended by the manufacturer. 
32. Do not use the appliance if you are experiencing 

drowsiness or if there is a possibility of falling asleep. 
33. This appliance is not designed to be used with an 

external timer or with an independent remote control system. 
34. During use, keep hair away from the air inlet. 
35. Do not use hairsprays when the appliance is in use. 
36. Risk of fire due to the high temperatures! Do not use on 

artificial hair! 

37. Let the appliance cool down completely before storing it.
38. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not introduce or let any 

foreign object get inside the appliance. Hairpins or clips can 

conduct an electric current.
39. The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility for 

damage that could arise from incorrect use or not in 

accordance with that indicated in these instructions).
