BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove all of the packaging material.
• Clean the plates with a sponge or a cloth, previously
moistened with hot water.
Warning: DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT IN WATER OR
POUR WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE PLATES.
• Dry the plates with a cloth or paper towel.
• For best results, we recommend that you cover the plates
with a light layer of oil or use cooking spray.
Warning: when you turn on the sandwich toaster for the first
time, it can emit a slight smell or produce smoke. This often
occurs with many appliances that produce heat and does
not affect the safety of the appliance in any way.
