Avoid contact with oil, water or other
chemicals as this may result in electric
shock, fire or malfunction
•
When charging, first connect the
terminals of the charger to the battery
before connecting the charger to the
power outlet
•
To prevent malfunction and fire hazard,
only connect the battery to a power
source with identical rated voltage
•
Do not use the battery directly as an
AC power source This could cause fire,
malfunction or damage to the battery
or other equipment To use the battery
as an AC power source, use appropriate
equipment such as an inverter
•
Avoid contact of the sulfuric acid
contained in the battery with skin, eyes
or clothing Avoid spilling acid from the

and humidity
These factors shorten the battery life:
•
High ambient temperature Avoid
using the battery in temperatures
above 45°C as this may reduce the
battery life Therefore, if possible,
provide a cooler ambient temperature
or reduce the charging current and
voltage if possible
