For first time use, it is best to turn off each spike's water switch. You will notice a small ON / OFF switch in the front of the spike.
Once you have turned off the water, you can adjust the range of water you want to select for each spike.
You can adjust the watering range by turning the top of each spike. Turn the petal until you have the desired angle. Once you have the desired range setup
for one spike, do the same for all of them. (Turn off the previous spike's water supply while you setup the next spike)
Added the extensions where needed for added height. And you can
combine extenders to increase the height even higher. The extenders
can increase the height of the watering head for places where there
are hedges which are too high for the normal height. Screw it in is
more secure and will allow multiple extenders for one spike.

Noted :
Most customers will want to attach their watering system to a
digital smart timer. It is recommended to water plants, lawns and other
greenery in the very early morning hours between 4am ~ 6am.
Watering late at night will not allow your lawn to dry up correctly
creating disease fungus.
