Values under 1 hour will not show on the display, in some models this timer is
erased for internal manufacturing control.
13-5) Burn cycles totalizer
This equipment has a device that sums up the number of burns performed in order
to concentrate repetitive use information for pieces durability analysis as well as
the accessories used in the furnace.
13-6) Accessing the machine cycles total.
Activate on the parameters adjustment keyboard (09) the keys for thousands,
hundreds and decimal following this sequence and then the Abre/Fecha
(open/close) key (16), the value shown on the display is the machine cycles total
which is saved in the equipment memory. To exit this function, activate the Salvar
(save) key.
14) Alarms e messages
To avoid damage to the equipment and programming mistakes, several safety
devices work in the flaws prevention system. Messages and error codes will be
visualized on the display.
14-1)
Error 1- “Falha no termopar” (“Thermocouple flaw)
(sensor).Message: “Er.01” The display will show a code
for the error and the process being performed is aborted,
an alarm will sound warning about the flaw. Contact the
technical assistance.

The errors messages 2 and 3 will not be used in this furnace model.

Error 4- “Velocidade de aquecimento igual a zero” (“heating speed equals
zero). Message “Er.04” Indicates that the speed is adjusted at zero, which is not
allowed when there is any programmed temperature. To fix the problem, activate
the speed key (12) and choose a value different from zero.

Error 5- Saving recipes out of the standard.
Message “Er.05”. recipes for sintering/infiltration can not be saved on the positions
reserved for ceramic recipes and vice-versa.

Erro6 6- “Alteração da receita padrão 01”. (“changin of standard recipe 01”
Message: “Er.06” The standard recipe cannot be changed. Save the new recipe in
another available position in the memory between numbers 2 and 50.
