Frageme nt
The va lue defines the ma ximum size of packets, any packet size
larger tha n the value will be fragmented. If you ha ve decreased
this value a nd e xperie nce hig h packet error rates, you can
increase it again, but it will likely decrease o verall network
performance. Select a setting within a range of 256 to 2346 bytes.

RTS / CTS
Minimum packet size required for an RTS/CTS (Req uest To
Se nd/Clear to Send). For packets smaller tha n t his thres ho ld, an
RTS/CTS is not se nt and the packet is transmitted directly to the
WLAN. Select a setting within a range of 0 to 2347 bytes. Minor
cha ng e is recomme nded.
Preamble
The prea mble defines t he le ngt h of the CRC block for
communicatio n a mo ng the wireless networks. There are two
modes inc luding Lo ng and Short. Hig h network traffic areas
sho uld use the s horter preamble type.
MAC Address Filter
This AP ca n protect from the una ut horize d users by MAC Address
filtering. Ple ase refer to Section 6.5.3.
Bridge Adapter
Wireless adapters connect to the AP can access to the wired
network throug h t he bridge adapter. You can select an Et her net
adapter in the list be the bridge between the wireless a nd wired
networks.
