11. To remove the blades, press the white button while pulling the blades upwards.
FOR THE BEST RESULTS
The PROCESSOR operates at speed of 10,000 revolutions per minute, and the
action of the blade is to chop cleanly- not to crush and bruise tissae and fibres as is
the case with the conventional mincer. Thus, food keep their moiture, nutritious
value and natural flavour.
The PROCESSOR will prepare:
Hard foods including:
Fruits: almonds, walnuts, brazils, apples, etc.
Cheese:Gruyere, dutch, cheddar, etc.
Hard vegetables: carrotes, celery, etc.
Bread, french toast
Soft foods including:
Vegetables: cabbage, salad, radishes, onions, mushrooms,
sorrel, chervil garlic, shallots, etc.
Meat: all kinds of raw and cooked meat, fat or lean. Even the
toughest meat such as knuckle, neck, heart, game...will be chopped finely and
cleanly.
Raw or cooked fish: cod, anchovy, prawn.
REMARK:
Avoid precossing hard foods like nutmeg, sugar, nor juicy foods like
tomatoes, pears, nor ingredients which need to be finely ground such as coffee
beans or wheat. Never place any liquid or juicy foods in the chopping container.
A FEW HINTS TO USE THE APPLIANCE
1. Do not leave the appliance plugged in when not in use. Disconnect after use.
Pieces of foods should be cut into 1 inch. cubes. Bones should be removed from any
piece.
2. Do not fill the container too full(about half full) of meat.
3. The PROCESSOR chopper works very quickly, so lift the lid frequently to see how
finely the ingredients have been chopped. To obtain very finely chopped food,
unstick the food with the spatula and spread it evenly into the container.
5. Press down the cover evenly with the flat of the hand to bring the machine into
operation.
6. When pressing the cover, if the appliance does not operate, ensure that pieces of
food are not stuck on the inner edge of the cover which presses into the container.
7. After a long usuage, the cutter loses its edge, so do not hesitate to change it as
often as necessary.
