LIMITED WARRANTY
EE Systems Group Inc. provides a limited lifetime warranty for the product to be
free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Damages caused by acts of nature and/or god are excluded from this warranty and
are not covered. Warranty service is nontransferable and applies only to the
original consumer purchaser. Warranty does not apply where damage or
component failure is due to misuse, tampering, improper installation, alteration of
the product, and/or if the product has been serviced or repaired by anyone other
than EE Systems Group Inc. unless certified as authorized by EE Systems Group
Inc. Applicability of warranty service shall be as determined by EE Systems Group
Inc.
This warranty contains the entire warranty. EE Systems Group Inc. neither
assumes, nor authorizes any other person purporting to act on its behalf to modify
or to change this warranty, or to assume for it any other warranty or liability
concerning this product. In no event shall EE Systems Group Inc. be liable for any
direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of anticipated profits, loss of time or
any other losses incurred by the buyer in connection with the purchase, installation
or operation or failure of this product.
