Important points of attention in use
• Do not use corrosive products or toilet cleaner when cleaning. This may damage the components of the Poo-
Pee-Do.
• You can open the odour trap by removing the grey cap on the drain. This makes it easier to clean the drain.
Without this cap, the odour trap will not work. Be sure to replace it after cleaning.
• The step is held in place by 2 magnets. The safety warning in this manual applies.
• A dog will not automatically use a dog toilet without the proper training. Read the training tips in this manual.
This has to be taught.
• Don’t let your dog sleep, play or make a nest on the Poo-Pee-Do.
• In an outdoor setting, it is recommended that the Poo-Pee-Do is covered and not placed in the sun. In freezing
weather, it is advisable to ensure that the water in the odour trap cannot freeze up.
• Walking on the grid will be a new experience for the dog. Your dog may be anxious and use his nails, which is
not advisable on the grid. To avoid its nails getting stuck in the grid, you can place a puppy pad (or a normal
cloth) on the grid. To practise, you can also leave the plastic around the grid. It gets used to the feeling of
standing on the Poo-Pee-Do, but it can’t grasp the grid. If you notice your dog is relaxed when using the toilet,
because it got used to the entire process, it will succeed without the puppy pad so you can remove it. Be sure
to give your dog plenty of time to get used to walking on the grid.

Placement of your dog toilet
The dog toilet is designed for indoor use. Place the dog toilet in a place which is easily accessible for your dog.
Place the grid
on the collection tray
. The reservoir
has 2 caps: a large cap and a small cap. Before pushing
the reservoir into the compartment in the bottom of the base, remove the small cap in the middle of the funnel-
shaped side of the reservoir. This cap can be stored together with the flask and a small cloth in the compartment
next to the reservoir. The reservoir will jam a bit in the compartment when you push it in. This is perfectly normal.
This keeps odours in the reservoir. Place the steps in front of the toilet. The steps are held in place by the magnets.
If necessary, place a towel or a piece of vetbed on the stairs. This is more comfortable for your dog to walk on.
The daily maintenance
Your dog just used the Poo-Pee-Do. How do you clean the dog toilet at the end of the day?
STEP 1
The excrements can be removed with some toilet paper. You can dispose of it by flushing it through your own
toilet.
