The EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw deflects slightly when started due to
torque.
Ensure a firm hold!

Switching off
Release the operating lever.
The switch switches off automatically due to the return spring.
After switching off, the EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw comes to a standstill after a short
overrun.
The machine can be switched on and off at any time.

Working with the EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw
The EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw is held with both hands while the saw is suspended from the
spring balancer and is guided to the breastbone of the suspended carcass.
Hold the EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw securely by both handles and switch it on.
Caution!
Blocking hazard!
Do not stop the saw during the cutting process.
Attention!
Wear eye protection or protective goggles when working!
Guide the EFA pneumatically operated breastbone saw against the piece of meat while it is running.
Only remove the saw from the piece of meat while it is running and only switch it off afterwards.
Operational safety
Before using the device, check whether the operating data of the compressed air supply and the device
match.
Be especially careful when switched on.
Hold the machine securely by both handles.
Never operate the operating lever when the device is not in use.
Do not tilt or jam the saw blade.
Do not remove protective devices from the saw for breaking carcasses.
After switching off, the saw blade comes to a standstill within 2 s. Only then release the handles.
