6.3
Adjusting the saw blade guide
Loosen complete housing (1) with hexagon bolt (2).
Fully fasten the complete saw blade (3) with hexagon screws (4) in the slider (5) and place the guide plate
(6) on the saw blade.
Align the complete housing (1) with the guide (7) according to the flange-mounting surface of the guide
plate (6),
insert washers (7) as required and tighten the hexagon screws (8).
Tighten the hexagon bolt (2) and close the housing (1) with the cover and 6 hexagon screws.
6.4
Adjustment of the spring balancer
The fine-tuning of the spring balancer is carried out via the PLUS/MINUS screw (1) on the housing.
To do this, turn the screw in the direction of MINUS until the device is freely suspended and balanced (with
the tension spring) at working height.
If it is not possible to pull out, the spring balancer is blocked and readjustment is necessary:
Turn the screw in the PLUS direction until pulling out is possible and start the fine adjustment again.
The correct setting is achieved when the attached load can be easily pulled into the desired position and
returns to its initial position after release.
