After the oil is supplied, follow the steps in item 4.3.4 to release the residual pressure in the lubricant
chamber.
If the lubrication operation is not performed correctly, the internal pressure of the lubrication cavity
may suddenly increase, which may damage the sealing part, resulting in lubricant leakage and
abnormal operation. Therefore, when performing lubrication operations, please observe the following:
1
)
Before performing the lubrication operation, open the oil drain port (remove the oil drain plug or screw
plug).
2
)
Slowly provide lubricant, the oil supply speed should be controlled below 40cc/10 seconds, do not use
too much force, you must use a lubricating gun that can clearly determine oil quantity. If there is no oil
gun that can clarify the amount of lubrication, the amount of lubricant should be confirmed by
measuring the change in the weight of the lubricant before and after refueling.
3
)
The hose on the oil filling side is first filled with grease, and be careful not to contain air in the grease.
4
)
If the oil supply does not reach the required amount, you can use a precision regulator for air supply to
squeeze out the gas in the cavity and then supply the oil. When using the regulator, the air pressure
should be controlled below the maximum 0.025MPa.
5
)
Use only specified types of lubricants. If you use other lubricant other than the specified type, it may
damage the reducer or cause other problems.
6
)
When installing the hexagon socket screw plug after the oil is supplied, pay attention to winding the
sealing tape to avoid oil leakage at the oil inlet and outlet.
7
)
In order to avoid accidents caused by slips and falls, the excess lubricant on the ground and the robot
should be completely removed.
8
)
After the oil is supplied, follow the steps in item 4.3.4 to release the residual pressure in the lubricating
oil tank and install the hexagon socket screw plug. Pay attention to winding the sealing tape to avoid
grease leakage of the supply and drain oil ports.
