cause
the
following conditions to cause
shaking:
( 1 )
Loose screws at key
connection parts;
(2)
Damage to internal parts
of the robot, such as worn or
damaged gears and bearings,
resulting in a large backlash.
connections
of
the
following
connection parts are loose, including
the reducer, motor connection
screws, base and joint fixing screws,
end flange connection screws, etc.,
use a torque wrench to tighten with
the required torque;

If it can be determined that the
parts are damaged, please consult our
after-sales service department for
replacement.
Motor
overhea
ted
The
motor
is
overheated by the
environment:
(1)
The temperature
of
the
robot
operating
environment is high;
(2) Motor is covered
Too
high
ambient
temperature and covering the
motor will affect the heat
dissipation of the motor and
cause overheating.
(

)
Reduce
the
ambient
temperature, if there is a heat source
in the operating environment of the
robot, increase the thermal insulation
of protective clothing;
(2)
Improve
the
ventilation
conditions around the motor.
The
motor
is
overheated due to
improper operating
conditions:
(1)
The parameters
do not match;
( 2 )
Inappropriate
program instructions;
(3) The load exceeds
the allowable value.
These three conditions will
cause the motor to work in an
abnormal state, the average
current value increases, and
overheating occurs.
Please set the parameters and
program
instructions
reasonably
according to the operation manual,
and the load should be controlled
within the allowable range.
Other faults that may
cause the motor to
overheat
(1)
The joints of the robot
are abnormal, causing the
motor to be overloaded and
overheating;
(2)
Motor failure
( 1 )
Check the state of the robot
joints corresponding to the heating
motors,
including
external
interference and damage to internal
parts. If there is any abnormality,
contact the company's after-sales
service department for repair and
replacement;
( 2 )
Replace the motor. If the
overheating
is
eliminated,
the
original motor has faults.
