When the control cabinet is placed, please do not block the vents of the electric cabinet, which will
affect the heat dissipation of the electric cabinet. Please reserve more than 150mm around the electric
cabinet.
When installing the robot, make sure that it can move freely throughout the work space. If there is a
risk of collision with other objects, the working space can be limited by the adjustable limit block of
hardware and the safe working space of software.

2.3 Transport
2.3.1 Robot Transport considerations
The following are the precautions for robot handling operations. Please fully understand the following, safe
operation

Note
The robot and the control device must be transported by personnel with the qualifications
for hooking, lifting, forklift, etc. Operators who do not have the correct skills to carry out
the transportation work may cause accidents such as tipping and falling.
Note
When transporting the robot and the control device, follow the method described in the
manual, and then check the weight and procedures before starting work. If the operation
cannot be carried out according to the specified method, the robot and the control device
may fall over or fall during the transportation process, resulting in an accident.
Note
Care should be taken to avoid damage to the wiring when carrying and installing. In
addition, after the device is assembled, protective measures such as a protective cover
should be taken to avoid damage to the wiring by operators, forklifts, etc.
2.3.2 Robot body transport
1) Transportation method 1
When transporting the robot, first set up the robot in the posture shown in Figure 2-3, then
install four M10 eyebolts on the main frame and lift with four steel cables. It is recommended that the
length of the steel cable is not less than 3m, and rubber hoses should be put on the part where the
steel cable contacts the robot body for protection.
