Chapter 3 Electrical Connection
3.1 Power supply specifications
1) The main power supply is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10%;
2) Please use a leakage protector above 30mA;
3) Please use a shielded cable above 3C×2.5mm2 for the power cord;
4) Between the power grid and the control cabinet, an obvious disconnection device such as an
isolating switch must be installed to ensure personal safety during equipment maintenance.

3.2 Connection
The connecting cables between the robot electrical cabinet and the robot body include power
cables, signal cables and grounding cables. After fixing the robot control cabinet and the robot body to
the base, connect the cables to the left side of the electric cabinet and the connector part on the back of
the base of the robot body. Power cables and signal cables are designed to prevent wrong insertion, pay
attention to the direction when connecting.
Warning
1. The connection of the cable must be performed after the power supply is cut off.
2. Do not wind the excess part of the robot connection cable (above 10m) into a coil for use.
When used in such a state, the temperature of the cable may increase significantly when
performing certain robot actions, which may adversely affect the coating of the cable.
3. Before turning on the power of the control device, please connect the mechanism part and
the control part through the ground wire. If the ground wire is not connected, there is a risk of
electric shock.
