Chapter 4 Repair and maintenance
Repair includes routine and scheduled repair. Technicians must make repair plans and
perform them accordingly. Please refer to the following table for the items and intervals of
repair and maintenance.
Additionally, overhaul must be carried out every 40,000 work hours or every eight years
depending on which reaches to the deadline first. High frequency operations, such as glaze
spraying, are recommended to be maintained and overhauled in every 1/2 of the above
interval.
Please contact our service department if the methods for repair, maintenance, and
adjustment are unclear.
4.1 Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance following the methods in this chapter can maintain the best
performance of the robot.
