3.2 Robot Transportation

Set up safety fence. Otherwise, injuries or equipment damage may occur.
The robot should be placed to a position where the tooling of arms and any tip of
the workpiece cannot touch the safety fence even if the arms extend to their
limits. Otherwise, injuries, equipment damage, or other accidents may occur.

The robot cannot be switched on and operated until it is fixed. Otherwise, tipping,
injuries, equipment damage, or other accidents may occur.

The robot should be fixed on the ceiling and wall which can bear sufficient
force if it is installed upside down or on the wall. Otherwise, injuries, equipment
damage, or other accidents may occur.
3.2.1 Set Up Safety Fence
It is necessary to comply with the national standard of the People’s Republic of China
GB11291.2-2013. According to Principal 5.4 Robot Movement Restrictions in Part 2: Robot System and
Integration, Safety Requirements of the Industrial Robot, Robot and Robot Equipment, the design and
integration of robot should reduce potential exposure of personnel to danger. In 5.4.2 Set safety and
protective space and limit space, peripheral protective devices should be set. The position and configuration
of the robot and dangers within the safety protective space should be fully considered. In 5.10 Safety
Protection, if the design cannot avoid danger or reduce risks sufficiently, safety devices should be applied.
The passengers to dangerous zones should be installed with safety protective devices.
To avoid equipment damage, injuries on the operator and personnel nearby during the operation of the
robot, please be sure to set up a safety fence with safety devices, such as interlocking doors.
