Abnormal
external
voltage or electromagnetic
environment interferes with
the normal operation of the
control cabinet, resulting in
robot shaking.
ensure the normal operation of the
control cabinet.
Body
shaking
When the power
is cut off, some
parts of the robot
body can be
shaken by hand
The long-time operation of
the robot and the possible
abnormal operation state lead
to the following conditions
causing shaking:
(1) The screws of key
connection parts were loose;
(2) The internal parts of the
robot are damaged, for
example, the gears and
bearings
are
worn
or
damaged, resulting in large
side clearance.
(1) Check whether the screw
connections
of
the
following
connection parts are loose, including
the connecting screws of reducer and
motor, the fixing screws of base and
joints, the connecting screws of end
flange, etc., and use the torque
wrench to tighten them with the
required torque;
(2) If it is confirmed that the parts are
damaged,
please
consult
our
after-sales service department for
replacement.
Motor
overheating
Motor
overheating due
to environmental
impact:
(1)
The
environment
temperature
of
the robot is high
when
it
is
operating;
(2) The motor is
covered.
Too
high
ambient
temperature and covering the
motor will affect the heat
dissipation of the motor,
leading to overheating.
(1)
Reduce
the
environment
temperature, if the robot running
environment
has
heat
source,
increase the protective clothing
insulation;
(2) Improve the ventilation condition
around the motor.
Motor
overheating due
to
improper
operation
These three conditions will
cause the motor to work in
the abnormal state, the
average
current
value
Please set parameters and program
instructions reasonably according to
the operation manual to control the
load within the allowable range.
