Conveyor replacement

Put the robot in a state where it can be operated
manually

Make the robot arm at a height that is easy to replace
the conveyor belt, and fix the robot arm and wrist and
end effector
When installing the conveyor belt, the conveyor
belt cannot be stressed. The stress on both sides
of the conveyor belt should be consistent.

Cut off the power supply of the control device

Remove the cover

Loosen the fixing bolts of the motor mounting plate

Remove the conveyor belt and replace it with a new one
/

Tighten the fixing bolts of the motor mounting plate
Use a spring scale to pull the motor
mounting plate to the specified tension
position and tighten the bolts

Remove the tool from the arm and restore power

Zero calibration of the replaced mechanical shaft
/
When replacing the conveyor belt, be sure to fix the mechanical arm, wrist or end
tool, and remove the conveyor belt without fixing. If it is the second shaft, the
second shaft arm and the above parts will quickly fall forward or backward, if it is
the third When the shaft is turned, the third shaft arm and the above parts will
quickly fall forward or backward, which may easily cause personal safety
accidents.
