Robot installation
1. Set up a safety bar, otherwise personal injury, equipment damage and other accidents may
occur. The robot should be placed in a position where the tip of the tool and workpiece of the
arm will not touch the safety bar even if the robot arm reaches the longest. Otherwise,
accidents such as personal injury and equipment damage may occur.
2. The robot is not fixed and cannot be powered and operated. Otherwise, accidents such as
dumping, personal injury, and equipment damage may occur.
3. When choosing the upside down and wall hanging installation methods, it should be fixed on
the ceiling and wall with sufficient strength, and the treatment plan to prevent falling should
also be considered. Otherwise, accidents such as personal injury and equipment damage may
occur.

Security bar settings
The relevant provisions of the safety protection device in the National Standard GB11291
"Robots for Industrial Environments-Safety Requirements" of the People ’s Republic of China
should be followed: "In the automatic operation of the industrial robot, because the operator is in
danger of contacting the robot, there must be Safety measures such as protection ".
In order to avoid damage to the equipment during the operation of the robot, personal injury to
the operator and the surrounding people, please be sure to set up a safety bar (with safety settings
such as interlocking doors)!
Note: The standard of GB11291 "Robots for Industrial Environment-Safety Requirements" is

Robot installation method
The installation of the robot, especially the fixing of the base and the foundation, can bear the
dynamic load of the robot during acceleration and deceleration and the static weight of the robot
and the fixture. In addition, when the mounting surface of the robot is not flat, the robot may be
deformed and its performance may be affected.
This robot can meet the requirements of formal installation, 45 ° installation mode and inverted
installation. When installing the robot, you need to choose a stable and reasonable installation
platform, install it away from the vibration source or take strengthened fixing measures to prevent
the adverse effects of vibration, impact and collision of the robot (generated by the machine and
related equipment or caused by the actual environment)
