Maintenance
7.6 Maintenance plan
Regular maintenance prolongs the service life of the machine. More regular maintenance is
necessary for applications under difficult conditions.

7.8 Changing the gear oil/ checking
Oil level check
•
Bring the machine into a horizontal
position.
•
Unscrew the level screw (1), a small
amount of oil should leak from the
opening.
•
If necessary, unscrew the charging
screw (2) and top up with the
prescribed oil.
•
Screw in the charging screw (2) and the
level screw (1).
Oil change
•
Unscrew the charging screw (2).
•
Unscrew the drain plug (3).
•
Drain off the oil.
•
Screw in the drain plug (3).
•
Fill in the prescribed oil quantity.
•
Check the oil level.
•
Screw in the charging screw (2).
NOTICE
Check the oil level
When refilling oil or checking the oil level, the machine must be positioned horizontally.
