Major Annual Inspection:
You should carry out the "Major Annual
Inspection” after the winter or at least after 12
months. In addition to those of the "Monthly
Operational Inspection”, the following checks
are required:
• Are all foundations okay and the equipment
well ancored?

• If necessary, provide all wooden, metal,
glazed and varnished parts and components
with a new finish.

• Replace joints that show severe corrosions or
heavy wear and tear.

• Wooden components: All wooden
components exposed to weather conditions
have to be checked. Please pay particular
attention to the parts planted underground as
well as to all those components, which are
essential to the static stability (e.g. cross bars
on swings, bridge supports, cableway struts)
of the playground equipment.
