Proper use
The machine is designed for the sanding/grinding of
wood, iron, plastic and similar materials using the
appropriate sanding/grinding paper.

Attaching the dust bag (2)
Dust is extracted straight through the sanding disk
and backing pad into the dust bag.
Important!
In the interests of your health, always use the
dust bag!
Switching on and off
To switch on:
Press On/Off switch 4.
To operate:
Secure switch 4 with the lock
button 3.
To switch off:
Press On/Off switch 4.
The machine can be operated either
intermittently or continuously
Important!
Please make sure the machine is switched off
before removing the plug from the socket.
The eccentric sander is not suitable for wet
sanding.
If you use a cable reel, the complete cable
must be drawn off the reel. (The conductor
must have a minimum cross section of 1
mm
2
.)
Always remove the plug from the socket
immediately after use.
Keep the power cable safe from damage. Oil
and acid can cause damage to the cable.
Never carry the machine by its power cable.
Never remove the plug from the socket by
pulling on the power cable.
If you discover any damage to the machine,
seek professional help from a specialist
workshop.
Fitting the sanding disk
Easy disc replacement thanks to Velcro-type
backing. Make sure the apertures in the disk coincide
with those in the backing pad.
Working with the eccentric sander
The entire sanding surface must rest on the
workpiece.
Switch on the machine and, applying moderate
pressure, move it over the workpiece in circular,
crosswise or lengthwise movements.
Use a coarse-grained disk for rough sanding and
a fine-grained disk for fine sanding. The best
grain for a particular job is best ascertained by
trial runs.
