If the components are badly soiled, the need-
le (f) in the spray gun must also be cleaned
after the basic cleaning process.
•
Do not remove the needle from the spray gun
until you have thoroughly rinsed the spray
gun with cleaning product because otherwise
paint will be drawn into the spray gun and
may render the device useless due to conta-
mination.
•
Unscrew the handle (e) from the spray gun
so that you can remove the needle. Then
open the knurled screw (g) and slowly pull the
needle backwards out of the gun.
•
Ensure that you do not displace or damage
the needle guide and internal components of
the trigger mechanism.
•
Fit the needle after cleaning by following the
above instructions in reverse. Slide the needle
into the spray gun until the needle nozzle (h)
is completely closed.
•
The needle, needle cap and nozzle cap as
well as the complete spray gun are sensi-
tive components. To ensure that they work
perfectly they must always be cleaned and
stored with care.
8.2 Condensed water (Fig. 8)
•
Drain the condensed water from the collec-
tion tank after every use.
•
To do so, press the sealing plug (i) and catch
the condensed water in a container.
Important. The condensed water may contain
residues of paint and cleaning products. Dispose
of it in an environmentally compatible manner at a
suitable collection point.
8.3 Storage
m
Important.
Pull the mains plug out of the socket and ventilate
the appliance and all connected pneumatic tools.
Switch off the compressor and make sure that it is
secured in such a way that it cannot be started up
again by any unauthorized person.

Important.
Store the compressor only in a dry location
which is not accessible to unauthorized per-
sons. Always store upright, never tilted!
Store the equipment and its accessories out of
children‘s reach in a dark and dry place at above
freezing temperature. The ideal storage tempe-
rature is between 5 and 30 °C. Store the electric
tool in its original packaging.
8.4 Ordering replacement parts
Please provide the following information on all
orders for spare parts:

•

9. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to pre-
vent it from being damaged in transit. The raw
materials in this packaging can be reused or
recycled. The compressor and its accessories are
made of various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Defective components must be dispo-
sed of as special waste. Ask your dealer or your
local council.
