Maintenance:

Changing of carbon brushes:

Unplug the machine from the power point, loosen screws and remove the service cover.
Take out the carbon brushes, clean carbon brush holder with compressed air. Insert new
carbon brushes (those shouldn‘t be jammed in the carbon brush holder), put on pressure
spring, replace service cover and tighten the screws.

Through the air inlet slots, the sparking can be observed. If heavy sparking occurs the machine has to be
switched off immediately to prevent any signifi cant damage. It is then advisable to return the machine
to the dealer for servicing.

Only original carbon brushes should be used. When using generic brushes it will void our war-
ranty obligation.

Cleaning:

The build-up of metal dust in the interior of the machine should be blown out by compressed air to pre-
vent clogging of the air slots.

Transmission:

The bolts on the gear head may not be tampered with during the warranty period, otherwise it would
void the warranty. The gear grease must be replaced after approximately 1,500 operating hours. This is
done by loosening the screws, removing the shield and remove the old gear grease cleanly and replace
by 16 g gear grease.

Warranty time:

We provide 12 months warranty (invoice date) on all technical and mechanical parts as long as there is
no warranty voids.
