Disposal
The possibility to reuse some parts of the device is subject to the complete responsibility of
the user.
The label shows the symbol indicated in Italian Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14
March 2014 which implements Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment, which states the need to dispose the product in separate
waste, more specifically in electrical and electronic waste. Contact your local waste
collection centre. The crossed-out symbol dustbin symbol applied on the device
indicates that the end-of-life product must be treated separately from other waste.
Therefore, the device with all its essential components that have reached the end of their
useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specializing in separate collection of waste
electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing
new similar equipment, on a one for one basis or on a one for zero basis for the equipment
having the larger side less than 25 cm.
The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to
be recycled, treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes
to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the
recycling and reuse of components making up the device. Abusive disposal of the product
by the user shall result in the application of the administration sanctions in accordance with
Italian Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014.
