Model variations and their use
The compressors are the source of clean, oil-free compressed air intended for powering pneumatic tools
and devices. The compressor may be used in the fields where clean, sound air free from oil nebula
meeting the given requirements thanks to its performance and operation pressure.

The compressed air from compressor is not suitable for the operation of breathing
appliances or similar equipment!

FUNCTION
Compressor
(Fig.1)
The appliance consists in the oil-free piston compressor driven by a single-phase electromotor and air
chamber with the relevant fittings. The aggregate of a compressor (1) sucks the atmospheric air via input
filter (8) and compresses it via check valve (3) into air chamber (2). The pressurized air is lead from the air
chamber via outlet through a hose (10) to the appliance. The compressor operation is controlled by
pressure switch (4) automatically, according to the drop or increase of pressure in air chamber due to the
consumption of pressurized air by appliance. This pressure is checked on pressure meter (6). Safety valve
(5) prevents pressure exceeding 8 bars in air chamber. Using release valve (10) you shall release
condensate from air chamber.
Compressor with filter regulator

The compressor produces compressed air free from oil traces that may be further treated by filtration.
It is possible to additionally order filter regulator (9) for the regulation of output pressure, it is complete with
a vessel for condensate transfer (12) with a holder.
Compressor cabinet
The cabinet is soundproof and allows sufficient exchange of cooling air. With its design it is suitable for
location in rooms where reduced noise level is required. The ventilator under the aggregate of a
compressor provides cooling of compressor and it is in operation at the same time with an engine of the
compressor.
After prolonged use the temperature in the case may rise above 40°C, causing the cooling
fan blower to automatically turn on. After cooling the case area to 32°C the fan blower turns off
automatically.
Make sure that nothing impedes the free flow of air under and around the compressor.
Never cover the hot air outlet on the top back side of the case
If placing the compressor on a soft floor such as carpet, create space for ventilation
between the base and floor or the box and floor, e.g. underpin the footings with hard
pads.
