FAQ.
•
There is no access to the equipment: connect a PC directly to the WAN port. Check if the PC is
in the same subnet that the equipment which is factory set with the IP address 172.16.5.209 and
netmask 255.255.255.0. Launch a ping command to this IP address to confirm that the
equipment is reachable, if so, check the connection to https://172.16.5.209:9090.

It appears the message “
Out of service code 1
” on the televisi
o
n: check that the Chromecast™
device is found in the network launching an automatic search. If it is not found, there is a
communication problem with the Chromecast™ device. Review the VLAN and
the SSID used by
the Chromecast™ devices
and confirm that the LAN port of the EK CAST is in the same VLAN.

” on the televisi

n: disable the Chromecast™
device during some seconds and then enable it again from the Devices menu.
