The XP8.4
System Set-Up
pages are used to enter set-up values such as
Brightness and Volume settings, Screen Calibration, Time-Outs, and some
additional set-up values only available to authorized installers.
It is essential that a wireless network is in place and operating in order for
the XP8.4 to function. A Wireless Access Point (WAP) and Router (or Router/
WAP combination) must be in place and in range of the XP8.4. See
Appendix
C: Wireless Networking
for greater details of wireless network setup and
equipment.
