Pre-heating function
(only for EK01B.4L-H)
Whenever the system requires heat,
the first item to be activated is the
nozzle line heating system.
Once the oil pre-heating temperature is
reached, a thermostat in the nozzle line
heating system activates the program
sequence. Heating from a cold start
takes approximately two minutes.
Operating function
–
The control unit starts the program
sequence.
–
Motor starts, ignition system activates.
–
Pre-ventilation.
–
Solenoid valve

opens.
–
Flame begins to burn.
–
Ignition system disconnected.
Safety function
A safety shutoff is carried out:
–
If a flame indication is present during
pre-ventilation (detection of
unauthorised flame)
–
If no flame is present at the end of
the 5second safety period after
starting (fuel release)
–
If no flame is present after flame
failure during operation, and an
unsuccessful attempt has been made
to repeat the program.
The fault indicator lamp lights up
whenever a safety shutoff has been
carried out. The system can be reset
(once the fault has been remedied) by
pressing the reset button.
