Maintenance
Remove the blast tube.
To carry out this procedure, the furnace
door must be opened or the burner
removed.

Variant 1
-Access via the combustion
chamber doors
•
Undo pressure screw

Undo the settings board retaining
screw.
•
Remove the mixer control/ignition
device.
•
Loosen the 3 fixing screws on the
blast tube support from inside by 1
to 2 turns.
N.B.: The screws are threaded to
the left (Allen 3).
•
Open the combustion chamber door.
•
Remove the blast tube, check,
clean, and where necessary, replace
if a deformity is found.
•
Refit in the reverse sequence.
•
The space between the blast tube
and the door insulation should be
fitted with flameproof material.
•
Close the combustion chamber door.

Variant 2
- Dismantling the burner
•
Undo pressure screw

•
Remove the mixer control/ignition
device.
•
Loosen the electrical connections.
•
Dismantle the gas valve assembly.
•
Unscrew the gas connection
(4 M8 nuts).
•
Disassemble the burner housing and
remove it; to do this, loosen safety
screw

. Do
not damage electrical cables.
•
Unscrew the burner head and then
proceed as under variant 1.
•
Refit in the reverse sequence.
Cleaning the pump filter
The filter is located in the pump
housing. It must be cleaned each time
the equipment is cleaned.
•
Close the manual shutoff valve.
•
Place a bucket under the pump.
•
Remove the cover screws.
•
Pull out the filter, clean or replace.
•
Reinsert the filter and screw down
the cover along with a new seal.
•
Open the manual shutoff valve.
•
Check for leaks.
Gas and oil valves
No special maintenance is required for
the gas and oil valves.
It is not permissible to repair a valve.
Defective valves must be replaced by a
qualified professional, who must then
check for leak, operating and combus-
tion values following replacement.
Cleaning the UV cell
•
Remove the UV cell from its holder.
•
Clean the viewing window with a
clean, dry cloth.
Gas filter replacement
The filter must be checked once a year
and replaced if dirty.
•
Loosen the cover fixing screws on
the filter, external filter or on the
multiblock.
•
Remove the filter set; do not allow
any dirt to remain in the filter.
•
Insert a new filter set.
•
Refit the cover with the screws.
•
Open the manual stop valve; check
for leaks.
Cleaning the cover
•
Clean the cover with water and a
cleaning product.
•
Do not use chlorine-based or
abrasive cleaning products.
Precautions
•
After each intervention, check the
combustion performance under
real operating conditions
(doors shut, cover fitted etc.).
•
Note down the results in the cor-
responding report forms.
