4.4.2 Repeated entries into departments
Usage: It is not necessary to enter the price repeatedly if more than one of the same item are being sold.
After entering the unit price simply press the corresponding DPT key repeatedly for the number of
items sold.

This feature helps when you enter a large quantity of items or need to enter quantities that
contain decimals (1,5 ; 0,125; etc. Multiplication of numbers with a decimal point is often used
for weighed items (meat, vegetables, salads etc.) where the unit price is known (e.g. for 1 kg,
for 100kg etc.).
4.4.4 Split-pricing entries into departments
The cash register can be preprogrammed for registration of split prices. Use this function when a customer
wants to purchase more or less than the base quantity of a loose item.
Example: The price is determined for the whole packet which includes 5 pieces of the goods (e.g. a box of
cheese). A customer buys only 3 pieces. Thus he pays three fifths of the whole box unit price
(5 pieces).
Warning: The function must be preprogrammed (2nd system flag digit No. 6=0).
