APPLICATION
Dryer SG200N is intended for drying food, including:
- mushrooms,
- fruit,
- meat (beef, poultry),
- pasta,
- vegetables - e.g. in order to prepare healthy instant meals (without preservatives),
- plants (flowers, leaves),
- herbs, spices,
- fruit in sugar, to be later converted into instant juice
OPERATION
Before the first use, wash and thoroughly dry the sieves (4) and the lid (5).
- Position the base (3) of the dryer on a stable, dry and even surface.
- Place the sieves (4) with products on the base (3).
- Put the lid (5) on the sieves (4). The lid should be always placed on the appliance during
drying.
- Set the switch (1) in the position “0” and the adjuster (2) in the position “35°”.
- Plug in the appliance and activate it with the switch (1), position “1”.
- Select the temperature with the knob (2).
Recommended temperatures for exemplary products:
- herbs: 35-40°C
- bakery products: 40-50°C
- vegetables: 50-55°C
- fruit: 55-60°C
- meat, fish: 65-70°C
