MIXING WITH THE MIXING ATTACHMENT
1. Place the ingredients in the mixing container (20) with the blade (4) and the mixing
attachment (8) attached.
2. Attach the lid (2) and the measuring cup (1).
3. Place the mixing container (20) on the body (12) and lock it.
4. Connect the appliance to the mains and turn in on with the switch (13).
5. Choose the mixing mode and set the speed up to 5.
6. After turning off the appliance, wait for the blade (4) to stop, and then remove the
mixing container (20) from the body (12).
7. Remove the lid (2), and empty the mixing container (20) using the spatula (21).
NOTE.
1. Do not add any ingredients that might damage or block the mixing attachment (8)
during operation.
3. Do not use the mixing attachment for kneading!
4. Do not use at temperatures above 100°C.
STEAMING
PERFECTMIX can be used to steam food in a number of ways: by using only the steaming
set (1), by using only the basket (18) (method 2), or by using both the basket and the
steaming set (method 3).
Method 1
1. Attach the blade (4) in the mixing container (20) and pour between 0.5 and 2 l of water.
0.5 l of water is sufficient to steam food for 30 minutes.
2. Attach the lid (2) without the measuring cup (1).
3. Place the mixing container (20) on the body (12) and lock it.
4. Place the drip tray (17) on the lid (2).
5. Place the steaming set (14, 15, 16) on the drip tray (17). Use either the container (16)
with the lid (14), or the container (16) with the tray (15) and the lid (14). Place the
products in the steaming set.
6. Connect the appliance to the mains and turn in on with the switch (13).
7. Select the desired mode of operation (heating or h mixing).
NOTE.
1. Burning hazard – scalding steam and hot condensation.
2. Do not use the steaming set without the lid (14). For the products to steam properly, the
lid should be correctly attached.
3. When using the steaming set do not leave the measuring cup (1) attached to the lid (2)
of the container (20).
4. 0.5 l (500 ml) of water is required for each 30 minutes of steaming.
