Go to standby mode by pressing and holding the encoder for 1 to 2 seconds, the screen will
show Standby temperature (default standby temperature 200°C).

You can go to menu setting by pressing and holding the encoder longer than 2 seconds, go to
submenu by touching the screen, go back to upper menu by switching counterclockwise and exit
menu by pressing and holding.
