Fish
• Only use boneless fish fillets.
• Chop them into small pieces.
Fruits
• Peel all hard-skinned fruits (such as citrus fruits).
• Pit all fruit (e.g. mangoes or cherries).
• Chop all the fruit into small pieces.
Vegetables
• Peel all hard-skinned vegetables (such as pumpkins).
• Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
Operation
Place the pre-prepared ingredients in the jug.
Fill the jug with liquid (e.g. water or broth). This liquid will prevent the food from burning
during the cooking process.
NOTE:
To avoid damaging the unit, always fill the jug above the
MIN
mark and
below the
MAX
mark.
Place the lid on top of the jug. Be sure to align the lid connector socket with the lid
connector. Make sure the lid has been closed properly.
Lift up the power cable socket cover and insert the power plug into the socket.
Insert the plug into the mains socket. A beep will sound and the programme indicators
will flash in succession.
