DIRECTIONS:
1. Set power amplifier gain to desired setting.
2. Apply sinewave signal of 0.100 V rms (100 mV) at 400 Hz to amplifier input.
3. Measure amplifier output voltage.
4. Lookup new threshold in table:
a. Find your measured amplifier output voltage in the left column.
b. Locate the factory recommended threshold in the top row.
c. Find the new threshold at the intersection of the two values.
5. Example: Assume the factory recommended threshold is -24 dB and you measure an output
voltage of 6.3 V rms. The new threshold is then -18 dB (indicated in table).
