For both versions:
l
Fix the supporting structure to the ceiling with
4 screws 5x45 and dowel (b - Fig. 5).
Sides with fixing points "c" for the external
telescopic chimney correspond to the right and
left sides (fig. 5).
The hood is supplied with installation fittings
suitable for most kinds of ceilings, but in any
case a qualified installation technician must
be consulted in order to choose the best
mounting solution.
The power plug must be disconnected
from the mains during the mounting
procedure.
l
Fix the upper and lower part of the utter
chimney together temporarily with one
screw "a" 2,9x6,5 (Fig. 8).
l
Fix the upper part of the chimney to the
supporting structure with two screws "b"
2,9x6,5 (Fig. 8).
l
Fit four auto locking nuts on the four pins
located on the upper side of the hood (Fig. 9).
l
Fit the glass part on top of the hood
l
Fit temporarily the hood on the supporting
structure by means of the already mentioned
pins with nuts to be inserted on the proper holes
located on the lower side of the supporting
structure.
Rotate the hood until it stops (a - Fig. 10).
l
Completely thighten the nuts (b - Fig. 10).
l
Secure the hood with one screw 4x9,5 (C -
Fig. 10).
l
Connect the flex tube on the connection ring.
If a no return valve is used check that it can
open correctly and is not blocked by the flex
tube
l
Fit the electrical plug to the power outlet.
l
Remove the screw that fix the two parts of the
utter chimney together.
l
Slide the lower part of the chimney downwards
and insert it on its proper housing on the upper
side of the hood (Fig. 11).
