The well-extended Electrolux customer service is available to all our customers. 

Before you call customer service: 
Assure yourself that no operating error exists. 
Check your exhaust hood following the chapter "What to do if …… " 

If you engage customer service: 
Note down the following information, which you'll find on the type plate of your device: 

Serial number 

Model identification 

Product number 

Please always quote these data in case of: 

Calling customer service 

Ordering spare parts or accessories 

Technical queries 

The type plate is located inside the hood body behind the filter. 

Note down your observations precisely. This facilitates preparation and the work for our service
technician. 

Call the service number at 0848 848 111. Your call will automatically be routed to your closest
service location. 

Please   be   at   home   when   the   service   technician   comes,   since   he   is   dependent   on   your
information.
