What should you do if the washing
machine starts to make noises?
If the garments pile up on one side and
the washing/spinning drum is unbalanced.
You must even out the laundry load and
remember that when spinning starts it is
normal to hear a slight noise.
What should you do when water is
leaking out?
Make sure that the hose clip is properly
fixed to the drainage hose and if not adjust
it manually to prevent the leakage from
continuing (page 9).
Errors
The washing
machine is not
working
Press ON/OFF.
Press START/PAUSE.
Make sure that the wash/spin drum has the required amount of
water.
Make sure that the DELAYED START function is not activated.
Make sure that the supply wire is firmly plugged in. Check
whether there is a power cut.
Check the fuse or trip switch in your house.

Water supply fault
Turn on the water supply tap.
Make sure the water supply has been cut off (open the water
taps). Make sure that the electrovalve filter is not closed.

Overflow fault
Immediately turn off the water supply taps.
Disconnect the washing machine from the electricity supply
source. Call the Authorised Repair Service.

Drainage fault
Check to see if there is a problem with the drainage hose.
Check to see if the drainage hose is clogged with fluff. Make
sure that the drainage hose is within the maximum and minimum
height limits. Call the Authorised Repair Service.

Spin cycle fault
Make sure that the washing machine lid is closed.
Check that the laundry load is uniformly distributed.
Make sure that the washing machine is on a level surface.
If this fault occurs when carrying out a direct spin, modify the
laundry load and press the START/PAUSE button twice.
Direct spin refers to the process of spinning only manually
selected by the washing machine user.
