AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
The motor is fitted with a thermal
cut-out switch which will automatically
switch your vacuum cleaner off if it
starts to overheat. If this does
happen the following should be
done.
• Switch the vacuum cleaner off at
the on/off switch and unplug the
mains supply cable.
• Now leave your vacuum cleaner
in a cool place for approximately
40 minutes to cool down.
• During this time check if the hose,
accessories and filters are
perhaps blocked as this could
have caused the machine to
overheat.
• Once your vacuum cleaner has
cooled down, it will start again. If
it does not restart, contact your
nearest Electrolux Service Center.
