Universal - Netzgerät mit variablem
EA-3048B
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sollten das
Gehäuse, die Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente
sowie das Netzkabel auf Beschädigung hin
untersucht werden. Falls eine Beschädigung
erkennbar ist, sollte das Gerät nicht mit dem
Netz verbunden werden. Vor dem Öffnen des
Gerätes muß unbedingt der Netzstecker ge-
zogen werden. Reparatur, Wartung oder Kali-
brierung darf nur durch eine Fachkraft erfolgen.
Der Anschluß des Gerätes darf nur an eine
Schutzkontaktsteckdose (230V/50Hz) erfolgen.
Falls ein Austausch der Sicherung notwendig
ist, nur Sicherungen gleichen Typs und Strom-
wertes verwenden. Dabei muß das Gerät vom
Netz getrennt sein.
Die natürliche Luftzirkulation darf an den Belüf-
tungsöffnungen nicht behindert werden. Der
Anschluß der zu speisenden Last erfolgt an den
entsprechend bezeichneten Ausgangsbuchsen
(AC = Wechselstrom, DC = Gleic/-) an
der Frontseite.
Betrieb:
Das Netzgerät EA-3048B liefert zwei Ausgangs-
spannungen, welche an der Front des Gerätes
zur Verfügung stehen.
Am Ausgang 1 steht eine Wechselspannung
von 0...30Volt AC zur Verfügung, am Ausgang
2 eine Gleichspannung zwischen 0...30Volt DC.
Die Gleichspannung am Ausgang 2 kann
ungesiebt oder gesiebt ( Schalter “Siebung
EIN”) entnommen werden.
Der maximale Ausgangsstrom ist durch einen
thermischen Schalter auf 5A begrenzt. Die
Ausgänge sind galvanisch vom Netzeingang
getrennt.
Falls es notwendig ist, kann ein Pol der Ausgän-
ge mit der Erdbuchse auf der Front geerdet
werden. Die Erdbuchse ist mit dem Schutzleiter
des Netzeingangs verbunden.
Die Ausgangsspannungen können je nach Be-
darf mit dem Reglerknopf auf der Frontplatte
eingestellt werden . Das Voltmeter auf der Front
zeigt die Ausgangswechsel- und die ungesiebte
Ausgangsgleichspannung an. Die gesiebte
Gleichspannung kann jedoch wesentlich höhe-
re Werte als der angezeigte Spannungswert
annehmen. In diesem Fall empfiehlt es sich ein
externes Voltmeter zur Kontrolle zu verwenden.

Before taking the unit into operation it is neces-
sary to inspect the housing, the controls etc. for
signs of physical damage. If any physical dam-
age has been found, the equipment should not
be connected to the mains.

FORE YOU ARE SURE, THAT THE POWER
CABLE IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE
MAINS VOLTAGE !
Servicing, repairs or calibrations should only be
carried out by trained engineers. The unit may
only be operated using a properly wired and
grounded mains plug as the grounding of the
unit follows via the earth wire of the power cable.
The unit must be operated only on the voltage
stipulated on the type plate. If it is necessary to
change the fuse, it is imperative that it only be
replaced by one of same value and physical
dimensions as the original supplied fuse. The
unit must be disconnected from the mains whilst
replacing the fuse. It is important that the air
circulation remains unimpeded at all times.
Operation:
The load must be connected to the sockets on
the front panel (AC = alternating current, DC =
Direct current).
Output 1 provides an AC voltage of 0...30V AC
and output 2 a DC voltage of 0...30V DC.
The DC voltage on output 2 is available
smoothed or not smoothed according to the
position of the toggle switch "Smoothing".
The maximum output current is limited by a
thermic switch. The outputs are isolated from
the mains.
It is possible to connect one of the output lines
with ground by using the ground socket on the
front panel. This socket is connected to the earth
wire of the mains connector.
The output voltages can be adjusted with the
knob on the front panel. The precise voltmeter
shows the output AC- voltage and the
unsmoothed DC voltage. However the
smoothed DC voltage can be have much higher
values than the shown unsmoothed voltage. In
this case it is recommended to use an external
voltmeter.
