Suggested Fish and Care
This kit is intended for betta fish. Other fish species may require aeration, filtration,
or a larger aquarium to be properly maintained.
FISH CARE MAINTENANCE
Feeding
Use food only intended for betta fish.
Feed 2 to 5 pellets once daily, as much as
the fish will consume in 2 to 3 minutes.
Water Changes
Change no more than 50%
of the water once weekly.
Use an Elive Betta Aquarium
Siphon to easily remove
water from the aquarium.
Make sure that the new
water being used is
dechlorinated and the water
temperature matches that
of the water in the aquarium.
Do not clean the aquarium or
decorations with soaps or detergents.

What the Warranty Covers
Elive LLC (Company) warrants this Elive product (see exclusions below) to the
original purchaser against defective material and workmanship that occurs during
normal in-home use for 90 days from the original purchase date. Company will,
at Company’s option, either repair or replace same without charge (but no cash
refunds will be made). This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product
only and does not cover loss of aquarium life, personal injury, property loss, or
damage arising from the use of the product.
Exclusions:
1. Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care,
subjecting the product to any but the specified electrical service, other than
normal or ordinary use of the product, subjecting the product to abnormal
working conditions or any other failure not resulting from defects in materials
or workmanship.
2. Damage resulting from modification, tampering with, or attempted repair
by anyone other than the Company.
3. Transfer of product to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.
THIS CONSTITUTES ELIVE’S ENTIRE WARRANTY AND ELIVE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. ELIVE SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF ELIVE
CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY,
ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILTY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS
WARRANTY.
Company shall not have any obligations under this warranty unless the owner notifies the
Company in writing of any alleged defect(s) within 30 days of discovery of the defect(s).

You must pay any postage, shipping charges, insurance costs and other expenses to
return the product along with the original cash register receipt to Elive LLC. However,
if the necessary repairs are covered by the warranty, Company will pay the return
shipping charges to any destination within the United States or Canada. Company
shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to investigate any warranty claim and to
perform any testing Company deems necessary to determine the cause of the defect.
This warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
Limitation of implied warranties and exclusion of certain damages:
The Company disclaims liability for incidental and consequential damages for
breach of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of
merchantability, with respect to this product. This writing constitutes the entire
agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof: no waiver or
amendment shall be valid unless in writing signed by the Company. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
