Fit
the
2
screws
which
secure
this
plug
and
ensure
that
these
screws
are
not
over
tigtened,
causing
damage
to
the
Battery
Tray.
Please
ensure
that
the
rubber
bushes
are
placed
on
4
screws
as
per
Figure
No
20,
before
attempting
to
refit
the
Controller
and
make
sure
that
all
4
screws
are
started
correctly
and
not
cross
threaded
before
tightening
completely.
Once
all
4
srews
are
tight,
re
connect
the
Stem
Cable
Wiring
and
Motor
wiring,
then
fit
3
new
cable
ties
and
secure
the
wiring.

REPLACING
THE
MOTOR.
Begin
by
removing
the
cable
ties
securing
the
Motor
wiring
to
the
frame,
then
unpluging
the
Motor
Wiring,
from
the
Motor
Controller
as
pictured
in
Figure
No
24
